1. この方針の対象
この方針は、YouTube チャンネル「ミネルヴァの知恵袋」の運営者（以下「運営者」）が使う投稿の道具「minerva-shorts」と、このウェブサイトに当てはまります。minerva-shorts は、運営者が自分で作った動画を、運営者自身の YouTube チャンネルに投稿するためだけに使います。運営者のほかに使う人はいません。
2. YouTube API Services の利用
minerva-shorts は YouTube API Services を使います。minerva-shorts を使うことは、YouTube 利用規約に同意することを意味します。Google による情報の扱いは、Google プライバシーポリシーに従います。
3. 扱う情報
minerva-shorts が Google の許可（OAuth）を通して扱うのは、運営者自身のアカウントの、次の情報だけです。
- 許可のトークン（運営者のチャンネルに動画を上げるため）
- 運営者のチャンネルの ID と名前（正しいチャンネルに上げているかを確かめるため）
- 運営者が上げた動画の ID・URL・公開の状態・再生回数（投稿の記録と、動画が残っているかの確認のため）
ほかの人の YouTube アカウントや個人情報は扱いません。
4. 保存と共有
- 上の情報は、運営者のパソコンの中にだけ保存します。
- 第三者に売ったり、渡したり、広告に使ったりしません。
- 投稿したことを運営者自身に知らせるため、動画の題名と URL を、運営者のチャットツール（Discord）に送ることがあります。
5. Cookie と解析
minerva-shorts とこのウェブサイトは、Cookie や、閲覧者の情報を集める解析の仕組みを使いません。ただし、このサイトを配信している Cloudflare が、配信と安全のために接続の記録を取ることがあります。
6. 保存期間と削除
許可のトークンは、許可を取り消したときに使えなくなり、運営者のパソコンからも消します。投稿の記録は、チャンネルの運営に使うあいだ保存します。
許可は、Google アカウントのセキュリティ設定からいつでも取り消せます。

Scope
This policy covers minerva-shorts, an internal tool used only by the operator of the YouTube channel "Minerva no Chiebukuro" to upload the operator's own videos to the operator's own channel, and this website. The tool has no other users.
YouTube API Services
minerva-shorts uses YouTube API Services. By using it, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. See also the Google Privacy Policy.
Information accessed
Through Google OAuth, minerva-shorts accesses only the operator's own account: the authorization token (to upload videos), the channel ID and name (to check the right channel), and the IDs, URLs, privacy status and view counts of the videos the operator uploaded (to keep a posting record and to check the videos are still up). It does not access any other user's account or personal information.
Storage and sharing
This information is stored only on the operator's computer. It is not sold, shared with third parties or used for advertising. Video titles and URLs may be sent to the operator's own Discord channel as posting notices.
Cookies
Neither minerva-shorts nor this website uses cookies or analytics. Cloudflare, which serves this website, may keep connection logs for delivery and security.
Retention and deletion
The authorization token stops working when access is revoked and is then deleted from the operator's computer. Posting records are kept while they are needed to run the channel. Access can be revoked at any time on the Google security settings page.
